Harriet Cross MP quizzed the Energy Minister Michael Shanks MP on the price of oil and gas. After not answering the question, Harriet explained that the current price of oil per barrel and gas per therm was below the defined windfall prices set out by the Government and asks the Government why they still have a windfall tax if there are no windfall prices.
