Harriet Cross MP recently visited the SSEN Leylodge Substation to get a greater understanding of the role the substation plays in our energy grid and to see the recent investment that has went into the site. Harriet completely understands the concerns within communities across Gordon and Buchan and the continued over industrialisation of rural Aberdeenshire. From proposed overhead power lines, to windfarms, or in Rothienorman, as well as other places across the constituency, battery storage sites.
